Moist 6-Ingredient Honey Soy Citrus Salmon Recipe Is a Sweet & Savory Flavor Explosion by Elisa Schmitz
If you have never tried blending honey with soy sauce, let me highly recommend it. The flavor combination created by sweet honey and savory soy sauce is, quite simply, fantastic. Those two ingredients shine in this easy recipe for honey soy citrus salmon, creating a sweet and savory explosion of flavors.
This salmon recipe has a few more ingredients (only six in total) that add to the dish's complexity. Here's the complete list of delicious ingredients in this must-make salmon recipe: fresh salmon, honey, soy sauce, Dijon mustard, rice wine vinegar and an orange. (The orange adds the sweet citrus flavor that makes the dish extra special.) You whisk together the sauce then spread it over the salmon in a baking pan. Then you just bake it, so easy!
This gluten-free salmon recipe is elegant enough to make for company but simple and quick enough to make for dinner any night of the week. I served this flavorful seafood dinner with rosemary potatoes, but you can serve it with rice, quinoa or any of your favorite side dishes.
